The hotel offers large and nicely furnished rooms with a lovely view of the Baltic, but there is a lack of power sockets, especially by the bed. The historical building affects the WiFi signal in certain areas. The service was attentive and helpful, although there was an incident with buffet closing time confusion. The location is convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the ferry terminal and within the old city walls. Dining options were good, with a variety available, but could be improved for vegetarians. The facilities are well-equipped and cater to various needs.
